Failing to sign this form will make you ineligible to attend our parties.

In every group, or club there has to be rules. We have tried to keep them to a minimum, but they are there to protect our member's & Girls security, safety & confidentiality.

The rules of the club are thus:

1. No member will bring to any club/event, or permit to be brought into the club/ event any photographic, video, or other recording equipment other then the organisers.

2. All members who enter the club do so on the understanding that we are a "hands on" club and so must participate in the events. We DO NOT allow spectators.

3. We are NOT a sex club and as such no member will proposition our female members for "other services". Grope, or otherwise harass the girls, outside of the club guidelines. The ladies limits must be respected at all times.

4. All activities within the club remain confidential. No member will divulge information concerning other members, females, organisers or activities etc outside of the clubs venues, nor to anybody not associated with the club Further more all members are expected to conduct themselves, at any event as becoming an upmarket club. Drunkenness will NOT be tolerated

5. Yorkshirespanking is a PRIVATE MEMBERS ONLY CLUB and is highly confidential. As such members of the press/media are not invited, not welcome at the club. Any Act, Show, performance, or photography pertaining to the club remains the property of Yorkshirespanking Club throughout. By reproducing, or reporting of any of the above will be considered a breach of copyright, with legal action being taken against any perpetrator.

6. Finally, and most importantly every member that attends a Yorkshire Spanking event WILL relax & have Fun. Failing to do so will make you liable to be dealt with by one of our DOMINANT ladies!!
